We want you to be happy with Worldwide Music Group. If you're not, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases.
Eligibility
You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date for any reason. This applies to subscription plans, one-off purchases, and add-ons bought through Worldwide Music Group Ltd.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. To request a refund, email our support team at support@worldwidemusic.group with the email you used at checkout and the reason for the request, and we'll process it for you.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
After the refund window
Outside the 30-day window we may still consider refunds at our discretion — for example where a service failure on our side has prevented you from using what you paid for. Contact us and we'll review the request fairly.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
